Patent Licensing

Thank you for requesting a license under the DACAS's patents which are essential to the 3GPP Confidentiality and Integrity Algorithms EEA3 & EIA3.

Please read the terms and conditions stated below and continue if you agree.

How we handle your personal information

We take the utmost care in responsibly managing the personal information we receive from you (your name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) when you send in an inquiry via the DACAS website.

  • We will use the personal information we receive from you to respond to and confirm the inquiry you send to us, and may keep a record of the inquiry for the same purposes.

  • If you are under the age of 18, we ask that you consult with your parent(s) or guardian(s) before registering your personal information.

  • Make sure you have signed the RESTRICTED USAGE UNDERTAKING relating to the EEA3/EIA3 Algorithm with CCSA, ETSI or GSMA.

Submitting your inquiry indicates your understanding of and agreement with the above terms and conditions.
